Book an appointment on our calendar. We suggest booking an appointment as soon as possible. The more time we have to plan the better.

Prepare for our phone call. Think about any questions you may have. The questionnaire should you provide you some ideas. It’s also a great time to do as much or as little research as you’d like in preparation for out meeting.

Virtual meeting. We’ll discuss everything you may have questions about. This provides a better understanding of who you are and what’d you like from a trip to the Canadian Rockies.

Receive you’re customized itinerary delivered via pdf and accompanying app. The app can work as your personal guide to the area with easy directions. After delivery of the itinerary clients are allowed for one revision.

Start booking your trip and make relevant reservations. We are not travel agents so you will need to book your trip; however, we’ll still be here in an advisory role.

Follow the steps below to start planning your customized itinerary. Please keep in mind that we are not travel agents and will not book your travel for you. We also cannot book Parks Canada shuttles or campsites on your behalf. We recommend that you have an idea for flights, budget, and time of year you’d like to visit. However, we can certainly help craft a trip for your around the best time of year for your travel plans. We are here to serve you!

You’ll receive a confirmation email once you have an appointment and pay for the service. You can do as little or as much research as you want.

Before our meeting, think about any questions you have. Then, show up for the meeting, and we’ll begin crafting your personalized itinerary.
